Armando's in Martinez, opening for Redwing - Armando's nightclub in Martinez is Contra Costa County's premier venue for acoustic music. On Saturday, February 5th, Redwing (Rick's other band) is playing there, and they have asked the Blue Moon Brothers to do a set, to treat the Martinez audience to 2 bluegrass bands for the price of one! It promises to be a great show!

MECC Wine Tasting Benefit - The Blue Moon Brothers have been playing this annual fund raiser since before they had any grey hairs! It's really fun event that raises money for the Martinez Early Childhood Center. There's raffles, food, music (that's us!), a silent auction and door prizes. Tickets are available by calling MECC at 925-229-2000 (tell 'em the Blue Moon Brothers sent you!), and the event is from 5-8PM on Friday, April 1st (no foolin'!) at the Pleasant Hill Civic Center at 320 Civic Drive in Pleasant Hill. Orchard Nursery, Lafayette - This venerable nursery has a yearly Harvest Time celebration that lasts for weeks! For over a decade, we've been blessed with yearly chances to play there and it's always a great time! We're playing from 11am till 1pm on Saturday, October 29th. Come on down! Bring the kids!
